Acadiana Mfg. welcomes machining jobs of any size. We can handle large production orders with a quick turn around time. We are also capable of taking on very complex prototype projects. We have the knowledge, software and machine tools capable of handling the vast majority of your Manufacturing needs. We have machines with up to 8-axis to take on your most challenging projects. Our Team is very familiar with machining all of the various materials used in the Aerospace and Oilfield Industry. We can machine almost any stainless, standard alloy, superalloys, Chrome, Incoloy, Inconel, Titanium, Brass, Aluminum, etc.

Our facility consists of three (11,500 sq ft) buildings that are climate controlled to ensure our equipment and products remain clean and rust free.

Lathes:
Doosan SMX3100LS Full 5 axis MillTurn with Sub-Spindle & 80 tool magazine, 100" turning length, servo driven steadyrest (15.375" max dia), 4.00" spindle bore, 1000psi high pressure coolant for deep hole drilling. Machine has LBB option also.
Doosan SMX3100LS with CUFOS Full 5 axis MillTurn with Sub-Spindle & 80 tool magazine, 100" turning length, servo driven steadyrest (16.500" max dia), 4.00" spindle bore, 1000psi LNS high pressure coolant system for deep hole drilling. Machine has long boring bar magazine on sub-spindle side as well.

Doosan Puma 400L with programmable Steadyrest (9.75" max dia) 84" turning length with 6.50" spindle bore.

Weiler E70 with 120" bed length & 8.50" hollow spindle, front & rear 4 jaw chucks and steadyrest (12.00" max dia). Excellent for deep hole boring.
